One thing you must keep in mind when working on the internet is any facet of labor is actually cheap! This is a good thing if you have the knowledge on how to make this cheap labor work for you.

Here are some great places to find low cost high quality labor for most any service you need.

• Elance: This is a nice site that will allow you to post any kind of task you want to have accomplished. Then the members of the site will contact you and bid on the projects.
  • I use a couple of techniques here to assure I can get a good deal. I suggest using these techniques when you first start and can not afford to pay expensive rates. The outsourcing we are looking for here is from India, Russia and other countries where the normal wage is just a couple of dollars an hour. Once you get you feet on the ground and are making good money be sure to put your money back into your own economy. Meaning spend more money and find labor from your own country.
  • Here is how I found cheap labor on Elance or any similar site. First create an account. Once your account is created go and post a job. The key is how you word your job posting. Create your job as normal be detailed give all the pertinent information. Let them know you are on a limited budget up front. This way the people who do not want to work for lower rates will go away. Tell the bidders that you will pay via PayPal and they should contact you via Skype for more details as it is easier to communicate. Leave your Skype name in your job posting.
  • When they contact you via Skype match them up with their account in Elance. Check out their rating and decide accordingly if you want to work with them. If they look good negotiate price first either by the job or per hour. I like to do things by the job. Do not take the first bidder or the first offer you can negotiate with them, they want the work as bad as you need it done. Take your time and find the right guy for you.
  • These small things make all the difference. People from India and such love PayPal. They also know they have a good shot if you are working on limited funds. So they will be contacting you.
  • Next when you agree on cost and terms of the job, ask them if they would like to work outside of Elance offer to send them 50% up front via PayPal or Google checkout. This will allow you to save the Elance fees, however it also makes it easy for them to get over on you and just take your money. So be very careful here. I have never been taken by doing this and I have met some very good people that do great work at cheap rates. If you have an expensive project and can not afford to lose, I do not suggest going outside of Elance for payment. Elance does you give you limited protection against loss.

Message Boards / Forums

These are great places to find outsourcing.

In a message board be sure to read an entire thread if you are planning on using a service. There could be people in there that have good information that may sway your decision to deal with someone one way or the other.

When in message boards be sure to consider that people are people they will post what every they want. You have to take all the information at hand and then make you decision on what you are going to do. Some people are just idiots others are looking for a fight or to bad mouth someone. Some are very genuine and will provide useful and truthful information.

You can search for post by a specific user. Do a little research on the people you are considering working with. See how other transactions they were involved with went. If some one post a negative comment about his person research this person as well. See if all the are contributing is negative input, this will quickly tell you if you should be valuing their opinion.

Basically use common sense.

• Digital Point: This is my favorite board. There are so many resources here you could honestly get lost in here of days. The area to go for outsourcing is the Buy Sell and Trade Area. In here you can find most anything you want. They also have a rating system that allows people to rate how good the services were that a member provided or how well the transaction went. This allows you to get feedback on a person before dealing with them.
• Warrior Forum: This is the largest collection of Internet Marketers I have ever seen. This site has been around since 1997 and any information you need can most likely be found here.

I would like to start this off by saying, an autoresponder is the most important tool you will ever use in an internet business. There is no other tool you can have or use that can create the kind of results a properly used autoresponder can get you.

There are many things to consider when choosing an autoresponder.

Delivery success rate
If your e-mail’s don’t get delivered they won’t produce you any results. Makes sense right? So how do we make sure the emails are delivered? There are a few things that need to be considered here.

Whitelist vs Blacklist
What the heck is this and why do I care? These are two separate lists that every mail server out there has. One is good, one is bad,  as you can imagine the whitelist is the one you want to be on. Here is a brief idea of what these are. Think of the whitelist as a yes list and the blacklist as a no list. Yes we accept and send mail for this person, email address, mail server, and or containing content such as a specific URL.

So what this all means is that when a mail server receives an email from you it inspects the email and determines what to do with it by not only the content contained in the email but also the email address of who it is from.

I am sure you have all seen the link form your email provider that says mark this as spam. Any one who receives an email from you can choose to mark it as spam even if it is not (I will cover this more later). So if you get a bunch of spam complaints from people at lets say AOL, AOL will then add your email address to their blacklist and will block any email coming from you. In addition they will also keep track of the content of these emails mainly the URL. If your URL is marked is contained in email messages that are repeatedly marked as spam, they will then start to block emails that contain that url as well. So you see in this instance we are guilty until proven innocent.  Once you are blacklisted it can be hard to get your email off that black list. I will just change my email address and start using a different one this is the easy way out but it works.

SPAM Score
Most all mail servers will score the email you send out and determine whether they will deliver it by the score it receives. Again this is a flawed system, but it is the best they could come up with. There are plenty of sites out there where you can get a score on your email, most say keep the score under 5 and your ok but I try to keep mine as low as possible. I am shooting for 0. Talking about making money, mentioning FREE, even using a red font will raise your spam score of an email. This is a whole lesson of it’s own.

5. Submission to web directories – Submit it to top web directories like dmoz.org, Yahoo Directory, Business.com, Best of the web.
6. RSS submission – Add your website/blog to as many rss submission directories and search engines you can. Here is a big list of blog directory & rss submission websites.
7. Comments on websites/blogs – Commenting on other websites and blogs of your niche is also a great idea to get some valuable links as well as traffic to your web page. If you leave a value added comment there, many people will click on our website to know more about you and your website. But don’t spam other people website/blog and don’t get lazy in writing comments on related sites. When you regularly visit and comment on a website, that will be noticed by its readers. So commenting on other people page can give many valuable readers as well as link to your website
8. E-mail signature – link back to your website in your e-mail signature section. When you use it regularly for all of your out-going mails, you will see that you start getting some traffic through your signature that is clicked by people whom you send your e-mail.
9. Google groups – One can use Google group, yahoo group, msn group and many more group for building more traffic for their website. when you think of getting visitors from such groups, go for your niche specific groups and if possible create your won group there and continuously work on that to bring more people to your site.
10. Message boards / forums – As I have discussed earlier, forums as well can be used to drive more links and visitors to your site.
11. Article submission – One can use article websites like ezinearticles, americanchronicle, findarticles, goarticles, articlecity etc kind of top article submission websites to get quality links and visitors for their sites.
12. Buy traffic and Links - buy text and banner links for your website from the blogs/websites in your niche
13. Link exchange – Link exchange is still effective. There are many website owners who still use link trading as their main source of getting quality links for their website. And when your website has good back links for their targeted anchor text, your site will surely drive high amount of traffic from search engines.

15. PPC programs – Use pay per click kind of advertising to get more results for your site. When you use such kind of programs, your site will be listing in the sponsored section in search results on a search engine. All major search engines including Google, yahoo, MSN have their advertising programs.
16. Paid & free reviews – Ask people to write review about your website, product, services or your targeted keywords with your main keywords there. Offer them some kind of offer or payment per review that is being or will be made for you.
17. Social media marketing – Create strong profile on social media sites like Facebook, Youtube, Linkedin, Digg, propeller, Reddit, Newsvine and submit your favorite stories there

19. Squidoo and Hubpages – Go to these websites and create your lens and hubs there. It will not take more than 15 minutes to setup a hub on hubpages.com and a lens on squidoo.com.
20. Wikipedia kind of open sources - If you have a popular website, why not create a page for your website on wikipedia.org. With this one can add their website pages link in the existing wiki pages. But add only relevant links on wikipages otherwise your link will be removed from there. And if you tried to over spam it, your site get banned and then you will not be able to add any link from that domain on wikipedia.org. 21. Bolgging communities – Create your account on mybloglog, blog catalog, bumpzee some of cool blogging communities. These communities will help you het in touch with other people/blogger of your niche. You can use these kinds of communities to drive traffic and valuable link for your website. Create communities, make friends, add people as contacts, join others communities, messaging and add their widget to your website/blog
22. Press releases – Press releases are great tools for traffic building and brand building for a website. This will bring lots of traffic and valuable links to a website. So write a press release for your website and submit it to PrWeb.com & Webwire.com

   • Avoid Other Business Offers – Unless you are a pro stick to one company.
   • Avoid Distracting Email or Websites – Do not waste your time in meaningless emails and/or websites
   • Avoid Nay Sayers – Do not listen to negativity anyone who says that won’t work. Just because your uncle is a doctor or lawyer that does not mean he knows all about making money. You would not ask your hair dresser how to rebuild the transmission on your car would you?
   • Do not take financial advice from people who have achieved the kind of success you are looking for.

   • You get the idea. If you only have an two hours a day work on only two things that day. 30 minutes is really not enough time.

   • Commit to these goals.
   • If you do not have a destination how can you reach it.
