Being a success is hard work, however with all of the technology at our fingertips there are tons of different tools to ease the heavy load and streamline your path to success.  You can find a tool or service for almost anything you need. The trick is to make sure you find the good ones. The ones that work with out a lot of drama, confusion or a huge learning curve.

To help you through this process we have complied a list of the top tools that we use and suggest.

Autorepsonder: This is by far your most important tool be sure you are using the right autoresponder.

  • Aweber – Subscription -This is what we use and recommend. They aren’t the cheapest but they have a very high deliver rate which is what you want. Aweber puts a lot of time and energy in to making sure your emails are delivered.  They are constantly upgrading the service to offer you the best service possible.

Article Submission: Streamline the content creation and distribution process, these are by far my favorite tools.

  • Unique Article Wizard – Subscription – Great service for taking content making it unique and distributing it all over the net. UAW will take one article you write, turn it into 100 or more different versions and submit it to 100’s of websites. This gets you online exposure fast.
  • My Article Network – Subscription – Looking for SEO boost this is your friend. MAN is a ring of blogs that will syndicate your content. Basically you create content, MAN will spin this content creating unique content form your original. Then website owners all of the web will be notified of your fresh content and will add it to their blogs. These are privately owned blogs, which are actively looking for content. This is a great way to get back-links to your website.

Auto Login / Password Keeper:

  • RoboForm – One Time Cost- This is by far my favorite tool and it’s only 30 bucks… This software not only stores all your passwords but it allows you to auto login to any site in seconds. This is the biggest timesaver ever, If you are serious about your success and are doing what you need to do to succeed you will have a lot of accounts and passwords. This software will take away teh burden of keeping track of your passwords.

Screen Capturing Video Editing

  • Camtasia- One Time Cost – This is the best editing program I have used or seen. You can capture right form your computer screen or you can edit videos created from a digital video camera. It will create any format of video file you need, including flash, SWF, FLV, MOV, MPG, AVI, WMV, etc.
